These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of debtreliefadvantage.com (the "Site"), operated by Poet Street Capital LLC under the brand Debt Relief Advantage ("Debt Relief Advantage," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or submitting information through it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Debt Relief Advantage is a lead-generation and referral service. We help connect consumers with third-party debt relief, debt settlement, and financial service providers and marketing partners. We are not a lender, law firm, credit repair organization, debt settlement company, or financial adviser, and nothing on the Site is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. We do not perform debt settlement services ourselves and do not guarantee that any provider will accept you or achieve any particular result.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of the United States to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.
When you submit your information, you provide your prior express written consent for Debt Relief Advantage, JG Wentworth, and our marketing partners to contact you at the phone number and email address you provide — including through automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, text messages (SMS/MMS), and email — regarding debt relief and related products and services, even if your number is listed on a state or federal Do Not Call registry. If we connect you with a third-party provider, your relationship with that provider is solely between you and them and is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the products, services, acts, or omissions of any third-party provider, and any agreement you enter into with a provider is at your own discretion.
The Site and its content, including text, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by or licensed to Poet Street Capital LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission.
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POET STREET CAPITAL LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, AND EMPLOYEES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDER, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Poet Street Capital LLC and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved on an individual basis, and you and Debt Relief Advantage waive any right to participate in a class action. Where permitted, disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration; otherwise, the state and federal courts located in New Jersey will have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Site and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
